House Services
Living at the Everly House is a comfortable and inviting experience for our senior residents. Our goal is to provide an independent, secure atmosphere with daily meals, cleaning services, activities, personal emergency call button and 24 hour on site staff. Our facility offers residents the privacy of their own apartment along with great community at meal times and throughout the day.
Our house services include:

Furnished or Unfurnished Rooms At the Everly House there are NO contracts. Stay short or long term. Everly House provides your own furnished or unfurnished apartment or suite. And you may personalize your room or suite to make it your own! Utilities, individually controlled heat and A/C and cable are included.

Emergency Call System Everly House provides each resident with an emergency call button answered by staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3 Meals Daily We plan the meals, do the shopping and prepare a variety of entrees for you; we even do the dishes!

Laundry We pick up, wash, iron and personally deliver your laundry to you each week.

Housekeeping Weekly, we do all the cleaning for you! Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding, washing windows, the list goes on and on. We will keep your living area in tip-top condition!

Everly House Van The Everly House Van will take you shopping once a week in varying locations around Macomb. You also have the option of participating in various side trips offered. During the COVID pandemic, we are not doing weekly shopping trips.

In-House Beauty Shop Need a haircut, style or permanent? No problem. We have an in-house beauty shop and a visiting stylist to do your hair and give you a cut weekly.

Library Relax and read a book or do a puzzle in our beautiful and comfortable library area.

Sun Room Enjoy a warm cup of tea, conversation, and a card game in our sunroom.
